Consignment Is Easy!

Just bring us your great things and we will take it from there!!!

We will list your pieces, do whatever research is needed, develop suggested selling prices, submit the prices for your approval, then mail a check to you when your things have sold. You will get a copy of everything. The consignment split is 50-50.

You may bring your pre-approved items to the shop Tuesday through Saturday, 10 until 4. The shop closes at 5. The consignment period is 90 days. Consignment begins when an item arrives at the shop. The display date date that the item, having been priced by us and approved by the consignor, is placed for sale in the showroom. The display date determines when the item may be reduced. If you need help getting your things to the shop, we have a list of movers whom other clients have used. Remember to have sofas, china cabinets, dining tables, and other large pieces pre-approved.

Our suggested prices are based on the original price, the condition of the piece, the desirability of the piece, our experience with similar items, our research, your input, and what we believe is realistic in our market. You, the consignor, must approve the prices before anything can be offered for sale. We keep our consignors happy!
